A QUICK GUIDE TO THE PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Prepare Tech Packs for your designs. (Use our designer if you don’t have Them.)
Pull and Select Desired Fabrics and Trims.
Create a Time and Action Calendar which calls out Milestone Dates in the production process.
Order Sample Fabric and Trims.
Factory Creates the Pattern.
Factory makes the Sample. This should also be for Fit.
Fit the garment (can take 1-3 Fit sessions)
Order the Bulk Fabric, Trims, Labels and Tags.
Factory Creates the Mark and Grade
When all Raw materials are in Factory, Pre Production begins
May receive a Pre Production Sample - this is a reference for Bulk Production
Proceed with Bulk Production - 4-8 Weeks.
Run QC Checks - In line, At finishing table and if Client wishes, a third party Inspection. (SGS or QIMA)
Steam, press, Pack and Box for Shipment.
